General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the relationships between the company MakeupVerse and any person making a purchase on the site. makeupverse.odoo.com, by phone, or through our social media.

  • Products and Availability

The products offered are described and presented with the utmost accuracy possible. However, color variations may exist depending on screens and artificial lighting. Product availability is updated regularly, but in the event of a stockout after an order, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.   • Price and Payment

All prices are displayed in CFA francs (XOF) and include applicable taxes. If you reside in the EU, you will see a specific price expressed in euros. Payment can be made via Mobile Money (Orange Money, Wave/Sendwave, Western Union), cash on delivery, or any other method specified on the site. For any orders outside the city of Dakar, payment is required before delivery..

Deliveries and Shipments


  • Served Areas

We deliver in Senegal through partner carriers. In Dakar, it is Yango or Livrez-moi. In the regions, deliveries are made via the post office, unless otherwise stated..

• Delivery times vary between [X] and [Y] business days depending on the location.

In Africa, we deliver to the following cities: Abidjan, Conakry, Brazzaville, Pointe-Noire, Kinshasa, and Lubumbashi. 

In Europe, we only deliver in France. 
In America we deliver to USA and Canada.

Delivery times vary between 3 and 7 business days depending on the area.

Some fees are related to the weight of the items.

• Delivery charges are indicated at the time of the order.

In Dakar, delivery fees cover home delivery. 

In other regions of Senegal, the fees are for pickup at a post office. For home delivery, additional charges may apply..

Regarding shipments, the price covers arrival at the GP reception site. The cities are as follows :
